Terms and Conditions
A. Ordering
When calculating prices, United Inches on all windows are rounded up to the nearest full inch (i.e. 32 x 51 1/2 = 84 UI). Please be sure to use the correct United Inch category.

B. Cancellations
All non-standard items, custom-sized items, special order, factory-assembled mulls, or colored items of any product are considered special order and may only be cancelled or changed up to two days after orders are placed. Special orders cannot be cancelled once they are in the process of manufacturing or assembly.

C. Shortages and Damages
Any shortage of merchandise or damage in shipment must be reported to Waterville Window Company within 48 hours for credit or replacement. If damage is detected at time of delivery, notification must be made to the driver and noted on the shipping papers. Merchandise may be sent back for repair on our truck at that time.

D. Returns
Any item manufactured or shipped in error may be returned for a full credit provided they are returned in saleable condition. Special order items are not returnable. Stock items are returnable; however, they are subject to a 10% handling fee. A return authorization from Waterville Window Company must be received in advance of all returns. Our drivers cannot pick up any items with a return authorization. Credit will not be issued on any item that has been installed.

E. Delivery
All orders shipped via Waterville Window truck - no charge.
All stock size windows will be delivered on the next truck. (Allow 1 week for mulled units and jamb extension applications.)
Allow 2 weeks delivery for custom size windows.
Allow 3 weeks delivery for aluminum products and specialty windows.
