MEN INSTALL A WINDOW Saturday at a homeless shelter being built on the property on McClellan Street. Thirteen men from the Congregational Church on Windsor Locks in Connecticut, led by Pastor Kevin Flannery, drove to Skowhegan to help construct the shelter, which is being built entirely with donated labor and materials. “This is really something when people will come from Connecticut to help the homeless in Skowhegan,” said the church’s pastor, Richard Berry.
